Why can’t these products be shipped to my country?
Unfortunately, we are only able to offer our M&S range to customers in countries that do not already have Marks and Spencer stores.
Will you be increasing the range of M&S products available?
For now, we’ll be focusing on the Marks and Spencer products currently shown on the website, however, keep your eyes peeled for seasonal additions to the range including some lovely Christmas products!
I’m in the EU, what about me?
If you’re in the EU and your country is on the list above but you can’t currently see any available M&S products on our website, please don’t panic! We’ll be introducing Marks and Spencer to our warehouse in Holland over the next few weeks. Sign up to our newsletter to stay in the know!
Why can’t I purchase a Colin the Caterpillar cake?
By now you’ll know that we are committed to delivering each of your British goodies in tip-top condition. Unfortunately, this means that because Colin needs to be refrigerated and we are not currently offering a chilled service, we are not able to include him in our M&S offerings. However, we are confident that you’ll be able to find lots of tasty alternatives in the range!
