Range Reduction to Europe

• We are currently shipping to the following territories: Republic of Ireland, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Denmark, France, Germany, Italy, Portugal, Spain, Finland, Poland, Romania, Sweden, Switzerland, Greece and Austria.
• The following territories are still suspended on our site while we continue to work to find a resolution: Corsica, Monaco, Azores, Formentera, Ibiza, Mallorca, Menorca, Sardinia, Sicily, Bulgaria (Republic), Canary Islands, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Slovakia, Slovenia and Balearic Isles.

Great News! We are still open for business despite the tightening European Union restrictions of animal-based products.

We still want to provide the best service to our European customers which means we have had to reduce our product range in order to achieve this.

These new restrictions imposed by the European Council will take effect on the 21st April 2021. Therefore, we have decided to act before the deadline to ensure that your orders do not face any disruption at customs or are returned due to the newly restricted items.

If the past few months have taught us anything, we know that this is the safest decision and protects you, our customers. We do understand that this reduced range may be disappointing, but we believe this will ease any friction and allow us to continue shipping your goods. It is our top priority to ensure that you have 100% confidence in us when shopping and trust that your order will arrive.

We hope that by staying open with a reduced range, you will continue to support us. We are extremely optimistic that we’ll be able to ship all of your most-loved British brands into Europe soon and we will be working hard to make sure this range is extensive as possible. As these rules are in their early stages, clarity on what documentation is needed is still to be revealed. We are simply being extra cautious to protect you from further delays and added stress.
